Had our old flat roof replaced today with EPDM. Highly recommend Jack and his team. Job was completed quickly and the lads cracked on hardly stopping. The whole experience was run very efficiently with Jack ensuring all rubbish was taken away quickly and the site left clean and tidy. I was dreading having the work done as I hate disruption but Jack and his team made it as painless as possible.

Jack turned up on time to quote and was honest about what works he was quoting on. Communication was excellent and the whole process was uncomplicated. Everything went ahead as described and I am impressed with the result. Everyone was friendly and professional. Not all roofing companies are this way from my experience. I contacted Four Seasons for help as I believed my flat roof was leaking, Jack messaged me back within the hour and arranged to come and have a look. He arrived as promised and investigated. The whole roof needed to be replaced and he explained why and showed me photos of the holes in the roof. I was then sent a quote with all the details of work that would be completed. I gave Jack the go ahead and was booked in the following week! The guys that came to complete the job were all very professional, polite and friendly and explained everything to me. They had to take everything through the house and didn’t want to make any mess so put sheets down to avoid my lounge getting dirty! They cleaned everything up when finished and showed me before and after pictures so I knew what they had done. I would highly recommend Jack and his team, they work their socks off and in some crazy temperatures too! Thank you all so much for my new roof and now I can stop worrying when it rains!
